Lumen’s LED diamond-like light provides your lover with visual feedback on vibration intensity.

In April, OhMiBod and KIIROO announced the release of their most recent long-distance sex toy collaboration: the Lumen LED pleasure plug. Now the light-up vibrator is available from both the Kiiroo and Lovelife online retailers.

The toy is equipped with a ridged plug, an LED light that syncs with the vibrations, and Bluetooth that enables the user to connect to the OhMiBod Remote App and KIIROO’s mobile app.

The origins of OhMiBod and KIIROO

OhMiBod has been connecting vibrators to music since 2006, when the company was co-founded by Suki and Brian Dunham. OhMiBod was the winner of the “Digital Health and Fitness Product” category at the International CES 2016 “Best of CES Awards,” and its Lovelife Rev was named one of the “Most Innovative Sex Toys of the Decade” by Refinery29 in 2019.

KIIROO was founded in 2013 with the mission to “improve human communication online.” The company has been named one of the “Top 10 Fastest Growing Startups in the Netherlands,” and consistently delivered award-winning Bluetooth-enabled sex toys.

The Lumen LED pleasure plug is the fourth product that the two companies have collaborated on.

Expanded access to virtual tools

The partnership allows folks who use the Lumen LED pleasure plug to connect to both the OhMiBod Remote App and KIIROO’s mobile app. Each app offers a unique selection of options to broaden the toy’s abilities.

The OhMiBod Remote App allows users to synchronize the plug’s vibrations with the melodies of music, and gives access to video calling, in-app chatting and photo sharing, and orgasm tracking and notifications.

Apple Watch users can also pair the device to pulse along to the wearer’s heartbeat.

If the user is seeking to supplement a long-distance relationship, the KIIROO mobile app offers a variety of virtual shared experiences. KIIROO’s range of Bluetooth-enabled toys allows users to pair multiple toys, over any distance, after connecting to the mobile app.

No Internet? No problem

For those who aren’t interested in using the Lumen’s Bluetooth capabilities, the toy also comes with four manual mode vibration patterns.
